The Rural Reconstruction Foundation Jessore (RRF Jessore) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political development organization based in Jessore, Bangladesh, and was formed on March 20, 1982. RRF was established by Mr. Philip Biswas (Founder Secretary) and Mrs. Pinku Rita Biswas (Secretary), with a view to work for socio-economic development of the underprivileged people, men, women, children, and youths, in the south-western region of the country.

Bipul learned practical skills through this program and wants to open his own workshop to help other youth who are unemployed, which signifies the change RRF initiated in their lives.
