One success story is that of a young man named Bipul, in Jessore Sadar Upazila. In 2015 Bipul had to discontinue his education after passing the 8th grade because of poverty. He founded the RAISE project with RRF in 2024, which featured a stipend-apprenticeship program. Bipul learned practical skills through this program and wants to open his own workshop to help other youth who are unemployed, which signifies the change RRF initiated in their lives.
